Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
No. Printed garments can be ordered from a single piece. Embroidery starts at 10 pieces. Bulk discounts apply automatically in your cart, counted per garment: 6+ pieces 5% off, 30+ pieces 10% off and 100+ pieces 20% off. Custom stubby holders start at 100 pieces.
Can I mix sizes and colours and still get the bulk discount?
Yes. Sizes and colours of the same garment count together, and the discount tier is applied automatically in your cart. Each garment is counted on its own.
How do I order or get a quote?
Order online, call 0450 204 633 or email info@exposureapparel.com.au. For larger runs, send us the products, quantities and your artwork and we'll send a quote and confirm the timeline.
Can I reorder for new staff later?
Yes. Order single pieces whenever you need them, and keep the same styles and decoration so your uniform stays consistent.
Pricing
How much does printing or embroidery cost?
Full-colour digital print is $8 for a small placement, $10 medium, $13 large and $16 XL. Embroidery is $14 small and $28 large. Prices are per placement, per garment, ex GST. Bulk discounts apply to the garment.
Are your prices GST-inclusive?
Prices on the website are shown excluding GST. GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
Do you do bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Bulk discounts apply automatically to each garment: 5% off 6+ pieces, 10% off 30+ and 20% off 100+. For very large runs, get in touch for a quote.
Delivery and timing
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free anywhere in Australia, on any quantity.
How long will my order take?
Standard delivery arrives in about 8–12 business days after you approve the proof. Smart Saver takes about 22–28 business days and costs 15% less per piece on larger orders.
Do you deliver outside Australia?
Not at the moment. We deliver Australia-wide only.
Artwork and proofs
Can I use my own design?
Yes. Send a vector file, high-resolution image or PDF. If you need a logo made, our logo design service can help.
Will I see a proof first?
Always. You approve a digital proof before anything is printed or embroidered.
Print or embroidery
Should I choose print or embroidery?
Choose full-colour digital print (DTF) for detailed or colourful artwork and big back prints. Choose embroidery for a premium, durable logo on the chest or sleeve. Many customers combine both. See our DTF vs embroidery guide.
Products and sizing
Which hoodie weight should I choose?
Around 300–350gsm is a comfortable everyday weight for staff and events. 400gsm and above feels premium and holds a structured shape. Our 530gsm ultra heavyweight cotton hoodie is the heaviest option.
What t-shirt weight should I choose?
Around 180gsm is light and cool for events and giveaways. 220–260gsm is a durable everyday tee. 275gsm and above gives a heavier, premium streetwear feel.
How do kids sizes work?
Kids sizes are listed by approximate height in centimetres, such as 130, 140 and 150. Check the size chart on each product page or our size guide.
Do the matching sets really match?
Yes. Each set uses the same fabric and colour range across the hoodie, crew and sweatpants.
Returns
Can I return or exchange custom items?
Custom printed and embroidered items are made to order from the proof you approve, so they can't be returned for change of mind or sizing. Blank items can be returned within 14 days if unworn. Anything faulty, damaged or not what you ordered is repaired, replaced or refunded, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. See our refund policy.

We're run out of Melbourne, with local support and global production, and we deliver Australia-wide.
How fast do you reply?
We reply within 30 minutes during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST). Calls and WhatsApp are answered during the same hours.
