Exposure Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 50 614 268 361), trading as Exposure Apparel, respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

  • Contact and delivery details: name, email, phone, delivery and billing addresses.
  • Order details: the products you buy, the artwork and logos you upload, order notes and your order history.
  • Payment details are processed by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal and the wallets shown at checkout); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Website data: pages visited, device and browser information, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Messages you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp, the chat widget or contact forms.

How we use it

  • To make and deliver your order, send proofs, tax invoices, production updates and tracking.
  • To answer your questions and provide quotes.
  • To ask for feedback or a review after delivery.
  • To send news and offers if you join our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To run, secure and improve our website.

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the business: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our production and delivery partners (who receive the garment details, artwork and delivery address needed to make and deliver your order), payment providers, email and analytics providers, and professional advisers. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Asia; we take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies for the cart, checkout, security and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work.

Keeping your information

We keep order records for at least 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations, and artwork files so we can reprint reorders. Other information is kept only as long as it is needed.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your mailing-list details, by emailing info@exposureapparel.com.au. If you have a complaint about how we have handled your information, contact us first; if you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
