Delivery
Delivery is free anywhere in Australia on every order, for any quantity. We deliver Australia-wide only; we do not ship outside Australia at the moment.
How long does an order take?
- Standard: made to order and delivered in about 8–12 business days from proof approval.
- Smart Saver: 15% off on larger orders, delivered in about 22–28 business days from proof approval.
- Blanks (no logo): made to order and delivered on the Standard timeline.
Custom orders start production only after you approve the digital proof. Business days exclude Victorian public holidays. Lead times are typical, not guaranteed; if anything changes we tell you by email.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders are sent with signature-free delivery unless you ask otherwise in your order notes.
Wrong or missing delivery details
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
