How Custom Apparel Orders Work
You can order a single custom garment through the website or ask us to quote a team order. The steps are the same: choose the clothing, check the sizes, provide your design and approve a digital proof before anything is made.
1. Choose the garment
Start with the product type, fit, fabric and colours you need. Each product page shows its own size chart and available decoration options. For a group, you can plan a mix of sizes and colours within a style. If you need several garment types to work together, tell us what each person will wear.
2. Add your artwork and order details
Upload your design with your online order, or send it with a quote request. Tell us where you want the design and include any important spelling, names or numbers. If the artwork needs checking, our artwork and print-placement guide explains what to send.
3. Review the digital proof
We send a digital proof showing the proposed decoration on your selected garment. Check the artwork, spelling, colour and placement. Let us know what needs changing before you approve it. Production starts after approval, so this is the time to make corrections.
4. Production and delivery
We confirm the estimated timing for your garment, quantity and delivery choice. The estimate covers production and transit, followed by the final 1–2 business days for delivery around Australia. Free delivery Australia-wide applies to every order. If you have an event date, include it in your enquiry so we can check the full sequence before you commit; an unverified deadline cannot be guaranteed.
Need a quote?
Send us the garment types, quantities, size mix, artwork and event date if relevant. We can help you compare the options and prepare a quote. When you proceed, we will ask for billing and shipping addresses to turn it into an invoice or order.
