International Custom Clothing Delivery: Planning Your Order

Plan international custom clothing delivery around the people, garments and destination involved in your order. The style, quantity, artwork and date you need the clothing all help shape a practical plan. Bringing those details together early makes it easier to choose suitable options and understand the proposed schedule.

Send your preferred garments, approximate quantity, print positions and delivery country and region. We will review the available garment and delivery options and prepare a quote for the proposed order. If the clothing is for an event, include the date in your first message so approval, production and delivery can be considered together.

What to include in the first enquiry

  • Delivery country and town, city, province or region.
  • Garment names or the types of clothing you want.
  • Approximate quantity, colour choices and any known size mix.
  • Artwork and requested print positions, including different names or designs.
  • The date the clothing is needed, especially for an event.

When proceeding, provide the full billing and shipping details, the recipient's name and a usable delivery contact. If an address or requirement changes, tell us promptly so its effect can be checked. Do not assume an address can be changed once a parcel is already in transit.

Plan the whole order sequence

Artwork review, approval, production and delivery are separate steps. An estimate describing transit alone does not include the time needed to prepare and produce the garments. If a physical sample is part of the plan, its production, delivery and approval come before the main order's own sequence.

Tell us the event date when you first enquire, rather than after the artwork is approved. We can assess the available route and proposed schedule. An estimated window remains an estimate; do not treat it as a guaranteed arrival commitment. The samples and proofs guide explains the review choices.

Why the garment mix affects delivery planning

One tee, several hoodies and a mixed club order are different parcels. The relevant cost can change with the products, quantities, weight and destination. A single-item example should not be multiplied into a bulk quote without checking the actual configuration.

Branding or decoration choices can also affect which options are available. Mention all required print positions and any additional branding at the start. The quote needs to describe the order you intend to receive, rather than an undecorated garment with other requirements left outside the calculation.

Read the quoted total and terms together

Confirm the quote's currency, garment and decoration specification, delivery charge or inclusion, and any stated tax, duty or recipient-fee treatment. International orders should not inherit assumptions from an Australian domestic offer. If a total or delivery term is unclear, ask for clarification before accepting it.

For a workplace or event, also agree who will receive the parcel and where it should go. An office reception, organiser's address and event venue can have different practical needs. Include relevant receiving instructions with the final address.

Choose your country starting point

Our guides cover UK group clothing, New Zealand teams, Canada, the United States, Singapore and Ireland. For another destination, include the country in your enquiry so the proposed order can be assessed.

Request an international clothing quote with the details you have. The ordering process shows how the quote, artwork approval and delivery planning fit together.
