Custom Polo Shirts

A custom polo brings a collar into a staff or club outfit while leaving plenty of choice in fit and styling. The right starting point is the way it will be worn: a customer-facing shift, a club gathering or a coordinated event team. Exposure Apparel helps you turn that use into a garment and artwork brief for an international quote.

A polo's collar, placket and seams also affect the decoration area. Choose the garment before deciding that an existing T-shirt layout can be reused unchanged.

Compare the style details

  • Drop Shoulder Polo: a style to compare when you want a more relaxed shoulder line. Check the garment chart to understand the resulting width and length.
  • Contrast Piping Polo 220gsm: the trim becomes part of the overall colour scheme, so consider it alongside the logo and garment colour.
  • Colour Block Polo: built-in panels can be a useful design feature. Check how your artwork will sit within the selected colour layout.
  • Stretch Raglan Polo: a different sleeve construction and fabric option to discuss. Confirm the exact composition, measurements and decoration route for the quote.

These current range examples are starting points for discussion. Selected colour, sizes and international availability still need to be checked together.

Match the garment to the setting

Describe where the polo will be worn, how active the wearer will be and whether it needs to coordinate with existing clothing. A hospitality team and a social club can have different priorities even if both want a chest logo. Include any fabric preferences and laundering requirements rather than choosing from an image alone.

Fashion styling or a product name does not establish protective or technical performance. If your workplace or activity has a specific requirement, include it in the brief so suitability can be checked. For broader role planning, read staff and company clothing.

Plan the logo around the construction

A small chest position can keep the front visually simple, while a back design serves a different purpose. Tell us the intended dimensions and positions, and send the original artwork where possible. Buttons, seams and contrasting panels should be considered before the layout is approved.

The print method and placement are checked for the exact garment and design. Include any important finish or appearance requirements in the brief. The methods guide and artwork guide explain the information that helps.

Create a dependable size list

Share the selected garment's chart with everyone who will wear it. Compare a suitable existing polo laid flat with the chart, using the stated measurement method. Do not assume a letter size from another brand or country will match.

Record the garment reference, colour, size and quantity in one list. For repeat orders, keep those details with the approved artwork rather than relying on a description such as “the navy staff polo”. Our fit guide and organiser checklist cover those steps.

Custom polo questions

Can the same logo be used on polos and T-shirts?

Include both garments in the enquiry. The artwork can be reviewed for each proposed fabric, position and print size; the same layout may need separate placement approval.

What should I send for a quote?

Send your destination, approximate quantity, preferred style and colour, size information, artwork and required date. Mention any repeat-order or role-specific requirements.
