Custom Clothing for Teams, Workplaces & Events

The right clothing brief starts with the people wearing it. A volunteer team needs to be easy to recognise. A workplace needs a consistent look across roles. A club organiser needs accurate sizes and artwork everyone has approved. Choose the situation closest to yours for a more useful starting point.

Find your group

Teams and clubs

Bring members together with training, travel or social clothing. Plan shared designs, individual names and a size collection process around the garments you choose.

Staff and company clothing

Build a consistent wardrobe for everyday work, conferences or team events. Compare T-shirts, polos and layers by role, comfort and logo position.

Events and volunteers

Make crews identifiable with clear artwork and practical colour choices. Separate staff, volunteer and participant requirements before settling the quantities.

Universities and societies

Plan society hoodies, club clothing and committee orders. Collect sizes against a chosen garment and agree who will approve the final design.

Keep one organised order record

Choose one person to coordinate the final garment list and artwork approval. Keep garment style, colour, size, quantity and any individual wording in separate columns. A list with one line per combination is easier to check than scattered messages. Make sure the totals agree before sending the final version.

For recurring orders, keep the confirmed garment reference and approved design together. A past order is a useful starting point, but current availability and delivery details still need checking for the new order.

Plan back from the date you need it

Include the event or required-use date in the first enquiry. Garment selection, artwork preparation, approvals, any physical sample and the final order all take time. A physical sample needs its own production, delivery and approval sequence; discuss that before committing to an event deadline.

Read the group order checklist, sample and proof guide and international delivery guide. Then send your group brief for an order-specific quote.
